Heya! You asked for feedback on the detailing and mane painting for this beauty! The detailing is pretty great with this. There's some beautiful sheen on the highlights and deep, soulful darkness in the shadows. Great musculature and overall quite the powerful impact from its strong anatomy. The main isn't bad but it has some room for improvement; namely, the tips are very thick, or as I call the style "wormy" (it just always made me think of worms, I don't know why!), and having them all come to a tapered point is a great next step for your mane painting. If you have a tablet, you can set the brush settings to taper naturally (google it or use dA tutorials, there are tons!) If you are using a mouse, I've heard of users erasing the ends to taper them manually but I'm pretty sure there's still various settings you can use to manufacture a natural taper. Another step for the mane is to work on adding some extra depth to it. A wider variety of hues, from dark to light, will give it volume and let the strands stand out more instead of losing themselves in the mass. White is one of the hardest to work with because it's hard to keep the mane looking white rather than gray, though I personally think black is the ultimate hardest, so various other colors might be best to work with in the beginning if you can! I love using golds, reds, and blues for hair, myself. ^^ The flow is really beautiful in this, the part on the neck has a very natural movement to it that is quite believable and it's something really hard for people to achieve so you should be really proud of that. I see stick-straight strands in manes all the time that don't look right and yours has some beautiful bend!
